You can now book your appointments online using the Dental Portal. Please read the information here before using the Portal, and instructions are shown below.
1. Go to our booking page here. Please read the information before booking your appointment, then use the ‘Go to Portal’ button
2. Input your name and date of birth. This must match the details held on your record with us.
3. Enter the one-time passcode which you receive by SMS (you must have a registered mobile phone number to log in to the Portal)
4. Existing appointments are shown at the bottom of the Portal screen. Use the ‘Find an Appointment’ button to book a new appointment.
6. Select the type of appointment, performer (dentist or hygienist) and preferred date/time.
7. Choose the appointment which is best for you.
8. Your selected appointment details are displayed. Select ‘Confirm’ to proceed to payment and confirmation
9. Complete your payment details.
10. Your confirmed appointment is now shown in your appointment list. We will also send you an SMS and email to confirm your appointment
